i heard as it were the noise of thunder
i do not buy this guy as a police officer, and the jailhouse scene where he leans back with a ring of keys was exactly like a cartoon, then he let the fellas out if they promise to return in a few hours just like the "family guy" joke about canadians, as he keeps taking every crook on their word of honour, lets them off before the "real" officers show up and bashes his "humanity". the scene where the car drives of itself while the lead climbs around the hood looks really well made for this sort of movie, funny part as they are bundled together in the car and all these grown people bullying the jealous young man, i never realised before how his car stands out before it takes place in a parking lot with other usual 1950's pieces. the grocery guy doesn't fit having a steady relationship and it makes his role less funny and distinctive, but at some moments he is still on the ladies like a leech they need to fight off, also through most of this movie i found the lead's wife being much more gentle than usual, well, then before you know it she really snaps at him by the end. apparently most of these regular roles are terrified of the thunder except the lead, there is a lot in this particular movie that don't make a whole lot of sense, to me this movie stands out from the others as i remember as a young kid just being blown away by the daring dancing girls at the end of this, it's nothing short of being on the brink of a striptease.

he can heal your soul,
if that isnt a miracle i dont know,
i had the world on my shoulders,
lifted and reached height through life unknowing,
worried in dark,
struck down light and shed calm,
his grace me comforted and i know where im going.
