Does anybody know what happened to Martin Stephens who played David in the film? Maybe I have been living under a rock but I can't find out much about him after his few appearances in films when he was a child. Can anybody help?

He played in The Innocents (1961), another great horror film. He was a leading male child star in England, and played in a few other films : The Battle of the villa Fiorita (1965) and The Devil's Own (1966). But he lost all interest in acting as he grew older and decided to become an architect in London.
