Why did Paul Frees dub the father-in-law's lines?
shareI'm glad you asked that. I was wondering, too. It's rather comical, if you are familiar with Frees' voice. Not quite as funny as the mannequin head and Vi's head sitting on the end table.
It reminds me of the 'Twiight Zone' episode, 'The Bewitchin' Pool', where voice actress June Foray (Rocket J. Squirrel) does the little girl's voice.
