shareI took fifteen seconds out of my life to look up ancient Roman gladiator hairstyles, which makes me the Official Moviechat Art History expert. Therefore, I can authoritatively state that the vast majority of gladiators in surviving Roman art were show wearing helmets that covered their hair! However, there's a few frescoes and mosaics that show helmetless gladiators with hair a normal length for a Roman man, usually slightly longish by our standards.
