Discrepancy in running time.

I have just seen Never Take Sweets (Candy) From a Stranger on the Region 1 Hammer Icons of Suspense DVD set and it runs 81 minutes. But the British Board of Film Censors passed with film with an X certificate on November 19th, 1959 with no cuts made and the running time they give is 91 minutes, 28 seconds. So, why is the version on the DVD cut by over 10 minutes and what was in those missing ten minutes? Does anyone know?

I have a book, The History of Hammer Films with the cast and running times of all their movies and the book has this movie at 91min. The DVD runs only 81min. Does anyone know if this was cut or the book listing was wrong? Has anyone one seen a longer version?

Kine Weekly trade magazine review of the film dated March 3rd, 1960, has the running time listed at 80 minutes.
