Does anyone remember a different ending than the one we see on VHS or television? Many years ago, I thought I remembered an ending where Doris sees Rex when being chased. For a brief moment, she thinks she is safe then realizes he is the one trying to kill her.
Did this ending ever happen?

The version of the movie I saw, Doris finds out her husband's involvement a little before the "chase scene".

No two persons ever watch the same movie.
