Lace Outfit and the Title (SPOILERS)

I love that black lace outfit Doris Day wears and it's perfect for the ending scene where she thinks she's going to Venice for love and finds out that love betrays her. I have a thing about movie titles--most I find to be kind of stupid, yet this one is perfect.

It's a great title. Just a bit of trivia on the title. There is a mineral stone called midnight lace obsidian. A very attractive stone.
