Of course, they were all old men when they died but why quibble over details?
Vaughn, Bronson and Dexter are actually the only ones to reach a decent age. The other 4 died prematurely (in McQueen's case, that's the biggest understatement).
Eli Wallach at least lived such a long life.
Yul was 65, that's fairly old. Coburn was 74. Bucholz was 70. Hardly young. The curse is real.

Sixty-five is not anywhere near old enough to die. It's only a partial life. Death at sixty-five is premature.
