How true is the movie to the book version? Does the movie follow the book closely?
shareWell, it's been three months since you asked, and it's been a few years since I've seen the movie or read the book. But ... as I recall, the movie stays pretty close to the book.
Interestingly, the book claims to incorporate the trial transcript. And - again, as I recall - much of the book's trial dialogue is in the movie.
