what was the name of gwendolyn's lover? i never heard his name mentioned in the movie. and who was the actor?

He is the character called Reldresal and was made Prime Minister of Lilliput.

he was actor Lee Patterson. an American actor, who i first saw on the ABC soap ONE LIFE TO LIVE. he played the husband of victoria lord. he was heavily made up.but his name is in the credits.
