Does the bad girl (Yvette Vickers) live or die? (SPOILER)

She was the last person alive in the leech cave and the end shows her rising up to the surface unconscious and pulled into the boat, but then it doesn't show us (or tell us) if she lives or dies, unless I missed it. Anyone know the answer?

I'm pretty sure she was dead.

I was a bit confused as well, but it looks like she's dead.

At first, I thought she had survived, but they're not supporting her head as her motionless form is being carried away and the good girl buries her face in the main guy's shoulder.
