Grand Hotel on TV
When Baxter is watching tv and Grand Hotel keeps getting interrupted with endless commercials. Is this the first would-become Best Picture winner to have another Best Picture winner in it?
Otherwise-wise.
Well, we never actually SEE any of "Grand Hotel." Is this the first MENTION of a previous Best Picture winner? Then again, when the scene was written, Wilder & Diamond didn't know "Apartment" would be chosen as Best Picture.
