Looking for a scene..

Is there a scene in this film with Shirley Maclean and Jack Lemmon in which she tells him she wishes she could fall for a nice guy like him? And he tells her that nice guys really aren't so nice?

I plan on watching this again but I'd love to know if this scene I remember from a viewing years ago is from this film.

There is a scene like that, but his answer is "that's the way it crumbles...cookie-wise".
