Was this the Hungry Glass episode???
I do have a scary memory of a show I saw as a kid.............all I remember is that at the end, the couple has a young daughter who somehow goes across the barrier of a mirror and gets stuck inside............and as the episode fades out you can hear the girl pleading for her mommy.
The Couple are frantically at the mirror trying to figure out either how to get in or get their daughter out.
As the scene fades, you can hear the little girl pleading............"Mommy, Mommy..........where are you??........Mommy, Mommy where are you??".
