Can anyone please help me find this episode???

I'm looking for an episode of either Monsters, Twilight Zone, Kolchak The Night Stalker Or The Outer Limits, I'm not 100% sure that it was one of these shows but I think it was one of the shows I listed above, might possibly be something else though, I thought it might have been Tales from the darkside at first but I got a set of DVDs with all 90 episodes and it's not on that, and it's not Tales from the Crypt or the X-Files.
The episode aired between 1985 or 1986 and 1989 or 1990 at the very latest. I'm not sure of the exact date b/c I was under the age of 7 or 8 when I watched it. I know it came on ABC, FOX, NBC, or CBS, those were the only channels we got then so it could have only been on one of those.
So pretty much an episode of one of the shows above that aired between 1985 at the earliest and 1990 at the very latest and came on ABC, FOX, NBC, or CBS (not a cable channel).
The only thing I can really remember about the episode I'm looking for, and have been trying to find since I was 9 or 10, was that the people in this particular episode had black holes in the back of their heads, my mother thought they might have been aliens but she said she wasn't too sure either. All both of us can remember was that it was a television show, pretty sure it was one of the 4 listed above, that it was on one of the 4 channels I listed, it aired between 1985 and 1990 and that the people (or aliens??) all had the black holes in their heads.
I know this isn't much to go on at all and I'm really sorry for the lack of info but like I said I was younger than 9 years old when i watched it.
If anyone can give me any info whatsoever, a show name, episode description, year, or anything else at all, I would be extremely appreciative.
