It wasn't even Raining. It looked like she was going to do Murder "Dexter" style

it does rain in the North West of England sometimes.
But is see through pvc a fashion trend at the moment.

I am no expert but some of the wardrobe choices in Corrie seem odd to me,they don't see to follow fashion trends?

It was less a raincoat and more of a flasher's mac.
