Future Eileen Storyline

As much as I usually cant stand Anna, she did try to warn Eileen. I could just imagine that she would have no sympathy and just casually say "Well I did try to warn you"

On the subject of Phelan though, does Gary know that Sarah is planning to buy one of these non-existent flats? Whether Sarah chose to listen to him or not (probably not) you'd think he'd still try and warn her after everything he's put his family through.

I hope Eileen loses the house. That will wipe the smug look off her face. Can't stand the character.

Everyone calls him Phelan. His name is Pat, just to be pedantic 

Anyway, Eileen can be modest sometimes but as I and others loathe Anna of late, I hope she doesn't have a heart-to-heart and wax lyrical to Anna. Anna may rightfully hate Pat but she took it upon herself to do the dirty deed with him no matter what her motives. Pat almost strangled her in the Cafe one night - we know he's a mean bag of sh!te but we all love a twisted rogue so I am hoping his Hillman-esque deviance lasts for a while to come (requiring delays on the not-apartment situation and the ensuing apologies to the buyers of nothing in particular, lol).
