At Faye's age I would often go over to male friend's houses and be alone with them. We would play Lemmings on the Amiga, watch F1, and microwave bread and nearly set the house on fire. Sometimes we'd even do the GCSE Economics coursework we were meant to be doing. Our parents all trusted us that we wouldn't all sleep with each other. Why can't Faye have male friends over?
Although to be fair I never did it behind my parents' back under the pretence of babysitting, nor did I get pregnant at 12, so

I hate her too, she is such a hard faced, bitter old hag. She also has a problem with Sarah now too because of her grown up son taking an interest.
Really? I actually was pretty much on Anna's side.
I don't think she should have been screaming an Inch from a child's face. That was inappropriate.
However, Faye needed a bit of a telling off.
She sneaks a lad in for a make out session (under the guise of doing a kind thing for Izzy) and then, not only has the audacity to make out it's no big deal, but to complain that Anna enbarresed her.
Keep in mind this is the same girl who got pregnant and kept it secret just last year.
I think Anna should have kept her cool, but I can't blame her for getting pissed off with the hobby little brat.
If Anna was such a great parent, her daughter wouldn't have got pregnant at such a young age in the first place.

shareShe overreacted. She can't keep punishing Faye for the pregnancy, she must learn to trust her at some point. However, Faye had been devious in feigning concern for Izzy's social life (which seems OK to me incidentally; she's often in the pub or the cafe without Jake).

Faye has *beep* up here, but she's a kid, it's what kids do. Pretty sure even she would not be daft enough to get herself in trouble again. No need for that screeching session from Anna. Love to belt her in the face. As for the dirty look she gave Sarah in the cafe, *beep* off. I'd have swilled the bitch if I'd have clocked her looking at me like that.
Yeah presumably Gary has access to Jake, giving Izzy the opportunity to go out. She is also in the pub every lunchtime and sometimes after work with her workmates.
I often think getting your social life back is a good grounds for divorce - you could go out and stuff whilst the other parent has the kids to stay. I'm not saying I'm gonna do it like, but it's worth thinking about.

Is Faye really still only 13? It was well over a year ago that she gave birth which would have made her only 11. But that lad she was with looked to be at least 15 or 16, so in that respect Anna should worried. But not to the point of foaming at the mouth. No one likes people who are foaming at the mouth.
