Pat in his jama's in the pub!

Oh the shame! It was like tea time in Tesco by us.

Also, re Ozzy - I don't care for dogs

(runs and hides in a cupboard until the burning pitchforks have gone out)

Goodnight, good luck and may your God go with you

Yeah I like dogs but I didn't really care so much about that storyline ๎— am I heartless?

reply

The dog story was a bit rushed and seemed at odds with Todd's story about his previous partner. I didn't notice Phelan in his nightwear.

No, you're not heartless. I felt the same. It didn't help that Maria's crying just looked so fake. It was nowhere near as upsetting as when Batley was put to sleep in Emmerdale. But that dog was a better actor. LOL! I remember he won best exit at the soap awards.

reply

The dog story was strange - Ozzy was very hurriedly written-out. I wonder if he made a racist tweet IRL about dogs of alternative colour?

I am ANYTHING but a pugnacious upstart

Perhaps Ozzy made a remark about playing the white dog

reply

I hope that the dog who plays Ozzie wasn't in genuine distress. He seemed to be panting a lot so I switched it off as I didn't want to see anymore.

reply

I like dogs better than I like some people. :-)
Glad I missed Ozzy's passing.
Did Caz somehow cause his demise, or was the poor dog old or sick?

reply

Ozzie had cancer so it was nothing to do with Caz. I wouldn't put anything past her though!

reply

I wouldn't put anything past Caz, either. I wonder how long she'll stay on the show. Will she eventually terrorise Maria - and how?
The writers can have Caz do many things. I'm used to the actress now, and she's okay. I hope she'll be long-term.
