Forget about Clayton what about the innocent Drivers in the Van?

Not only is David trying to kill himself and Clayton. But the innocent policemen inside the Van would Die as well.
Funny how no one has mentioned that fact to David

Yes. And what if that driver was an innocent mother of 2 kids, leaving behind a husband out for revenge on David's family?

It could be a neverending spiral of death.
