Then they'd have to let him out. That's what Tracy did when Johnny locked her in the storeroom in Underworld.

Either that or he could say that he'd been bitten by one of those tame rats (although in David's case it's more likely that he'd bite them).

You know something, I actually thought he would and that would be a shock twist with him burning down the Bistro. But going by the upcoming episode that doesn't seem to be the case.
