Richard Deacon?
Did I blink and miss his scene or did it end up on the cutting room floor. Since this movie has a rather extensive uncredited list, I’m going to guess that there’s supporting documentation somewhere than indicates a lot of these roles, and it’s not simply the result of sharp-eyed viewers.
Mel Cooley is not someone who is easy to miss, so I’m also going to guess that he was cast to play the pawnbroker. I saw the pawn shop scene, but it was only an exterior shot, where Donahue was walking away from it.
