Johnny the bad boyfriend?

Every one speaks of how despicable Helen Jorgenson is, but does anyone want to discuss how they feel about Johnny as a boyfriend?

In my opinion he was a disrespectful boyfriend who guilt-tripped Molly in to doing something she was not fully comfortable doing. He didn't seem to think much of it when she ended up pregnant either. One could also say that he wasn't being completely truthful when answering Molly's question about him being with other girls. His only redeeming quality is that he did right by her at the end, but he could have saved Molly a lot of trouble.

Helen was cold and domineering, but she wasn't the most annoying character in the movie in my opinion.That award should go to Johnny.
