Ideas for a new fanfic series I'm writing

First off, I want to say that Phillip is my all time favorite Disney Prince, so after watching him get treated like dirt in the Maleficent movie last summer, I wanted to my boy better, with a starring role in a new ongoing fanfic series I've started writing recently. Using a mixture of both the original Grimm stories and a little bit of the Disney canon (but not too much, I want this to be my thing, not a straight up Disney continuation, so outside of one reference, there's no Frozen characters here):

It's months after 'Happily Ever After', and the princes from Snow White, Rapnuzel (going with the Grimm version on that one so I don't get too Disney-ey) CInderella and Sleeping Beauty are four friends from their royal academy days who are now getting used to their new lives of royal responsibility with their princesses.

Until the witches they triumphed over (A just released from Hell Maleficent, Lady Tremaine, Grimhilde, and Dame Gothel) are gathered together by Rumplestiltskin (who has his own agenda of vengeance against one of the Princes). The plan: Alter time so that the Princes never came into power and saved the day, so the witches (and Tremaine) can claim victory.

All goes well until Hansel (of Hansel and Gretel) stumbles on their plot and tries to stop them. He doesn't succeed, but his interference also has horrible consequences for EVERY prince currently out there. Armed with Phillip's enchanted sword and shield (it's explained how he got those early on), Hansel has to find the princes and remind them of who they are so they can fight the witches and restore things.

Unfortunately, Hansel gets caught in the crosshairs of the witches escalating plans, some of which involve total conquest, and some just wanting what they think is theirs. And that's before they realize that in the new timeline, things might not not work out for everyone like they used to...

I'm already in the middle of the fourth issue and I'm looking to see if there's actually any interest in it before I post it anywhere.

Be careful with this, because it sounds a little bit like "Once Upon a Time". I'm not sure if you've ever seen the show, but that part reminded me of it. Besides that, I find your fanfic to be interesting.
I was never really interested in the Disney Princes, but Philip is actually one of the most likeable ones for sure.

Yeah, I'm aware of Once Upon a Time, and I'm trying to go out of my way to avoid that. Part of the fun is playing the witches off of each other. Their first official meeting was fun to write.

But like you said about the Princes, that's the biggest part is giving them actual personalities since Phillip is just about the only one whose ever had a developed one, and since I'm not using the Flynn Ryder version of Rapunzel's prince I had to find another route for him.

I haven't posted it yet (but I have four parts written). I'm waiting until I have a few more parts done before I put it anywhere.

Chapter One is up now, and I'm going to shoot for at least one update a month, maybe two depending on how fast I can get chapters written, since I've got three other series at the site as well.

It's Prince Phillip's first day at the Royal Academy, where he makes new friendships that will last him a lifetime. That is, unless an unknown threat that is about to awaken takes everything away from Phillip and his fellow royals.

With the witches now gathered and plans to destroy the Princes underway, only a peasant boy armed with Phillip's enchanted shield and sword may be the only hope of putting things right.
