Voice Over re: Father's Death...

Very odd question...hope someone can help...
Toward the end of the film, there is a male voiceover, which, I believe corresponds to Sister Luke recieving the letter that her father has died.
flash forward to Fred Zinnemann's 1977 film, Julia...
there is a voice over toward the end of the film, detailing the letters to
Lilly about Julia's death...
the voiceovers sound very much like the same person.... 18 years isn't that much a difference in the sound of an adult male voice.
Anywone know who did this voice over? Is he the same as in Julia?
Actually I find the entirely closing quarter of The Nun's Story, covering the
start of the war, very similar in tone, editing, narration, and the final portions of Julia, with Lillian looking for Julia's baby.
anyway...
Any ideas on the voiceovers?

I have no idea, sorry. The person who was saying that was Gabbie's brother Pierre, but he's no credited as the older person/voice at all.

Viva Bardot!

Wow. Good catch there. I haven't seen Julia in forever, so I've totally forgotten that there was a similar scene in that film (with a similar voiceover).

Whoever it is, I doubt it was Zinnemann himself -- he had a thick English accent (even though he was from Austria), and the voice used in these two films is American.
