And Eva Marie has been promoting North by Northwest a lot for Turner Classic Movies in the last decade...at their film festival, on their "film cruise." she always likes to call Eve Kendall, "The sexy spy lady."
I hope we haven't seen the last of her.

Starting on page 93 of the September 19, 1949 issue of LIFE magazine (Arlene Dahl on the cover) there's an article Breaking into Television by Ernest Havemann that begins as follows:
A young actress has to work seven hours and walks four miles a day just looking for jobs. But she may be a star if her arches hold up.
The name of Eva Marie Saint may someday be a household word like Bankhead, Bergman or Berle. On the other hand it may never become known at all outside a few casting offices in New York City and may perhaps even disappear completely, as the names of aspiring young girls have a way of doing after a few years of pursuing a career. The mathematical odds against Miss Saint, a 25-year-old blonde who is now in her third year of trying for fame in television, are terribly large.
