Just saw this film on the Fox Movie Channel and really liked it although I didn't catch the beginning. Anyway, as I'm hearing the background music, especially at the end, I said, "Boy, that really sounds like Bernard Herrmann" and I was right. The music in this film reminded me so much of Hitchcock's "Marnie". These composers really transferred their film music from one film to another. I even caught some of Bernard Herrman's music in the TV series "The Virginian".
