P.S. After seeing 'The Bat' 7 out of 8 people will get cold feet tonight

Where did this tagline come from? Does anybody know? Until today I had never seen that associated with The Bat at all.

Get cold feet? Does that mean they will not want to have sex?

I expect statistical quotes like that were used a lot in marketing back then. Product adverts and such. A lesser used tagline for this film is 'P. S. After seeing The Bat, 5 out of 6 people will pull the covers over their heads!' So that's how they get cold feet I suppose.
