Movie served as a diagram for the OJ trial

Just watched Anatomy for a Murder for the first time this weekend. After watching it, I felt like I had seen the OJ trial again. So many items of distraction during the two trial that you lose sense of what the actual crime was.
Dog with the flashlight, big drama over saying panties, taking the hat off, the many outbursts by Stewart, the lost control of the trial, the judge acting like he was the star at times... It was just like the strange things that happened in the OJ trial and how the motive of the murder and the actual murder became secondary to the court circus

Yup - probably why this movie is considered one of the most realistic in terms of court rooms. Sucks huh?
