Floyd The Barber !
I'm sorry but when I saw Howard McNear on the witness stand being the medical expert, I couldn't get stop thinking about Floyd from the Andy Griffith Show.

shareMore than anything, it shows what a fine actor Howard McNear was. You expect to laugh or find something like Floyd in the performance, yet Howard's testimony as a doctor was low-key and totally believable. He was so great as Floyd that's it's easy not to guess at his range. I was impressed by the job he did in this small role. He didn't hurt the movie at all. He was good.
shareNo... he was realistic. Maybe I'm naive but it kind of bothers me to see Floyd say those things like seeing Andy Griffith in A FACE IN THE CROWD.
Both good actors.
