today there are rape shield laws...

that prevent cross examining the "victim"s sexual past. Had Quill been alive and accused of rape (for which the doctors found no evidence) today, his attorneys would not have been able to cross examine Laura like Dancer did.

Critics of this movie complain about its pre-feminist take on a rape case, and feminism came along and destroyed due process for men. We are now seeing these false allegations all over campuses. Similarly there are mandatory arrest laws for automatically arresting the man in a domestic violence case.

Another great movie to watch is To Kill a Mockingbird.

You're aware of that 95% of the rape cases are not false allegations? Apparently not.

Stop spreading false information, and start looking outside your little norm box.

"No means yes, yes means anal" <- still believe in the innocence of men as a group?

According to FBI, 96% of rape accusations get dismissed in court. So i would like you to stop spreading false information.
