All those western stars had tight jeans back then including Heath in 'The Big Valley' I dont know how they managed to bend down without splitting them at the seams !

I watch the Big Valley on METV and must say that Heath doesn't wear the jeans as tight as Jess Harper.
Although Cowboys like their Wranglers' tight, it's very uncomfortable to sit a horse all day in super tight jeans.

I don't know how you could lift your leg high enough to get your foot in the stirrup with pants that tight. Maybe that explains all the times they jump up into the saddle without first putting their foot in.
