In real life he got more than just some. In addition to being a lawman Bat was a gambler, and where there were gamblers there were women of "questionable reputation". He didn't get legally married until about age 37 but was known to have had several cowtown affairs with prostitutes when he was as young as 23.
As for the Gene Barry version of Bat Masterson, he was like Matt Dillon (the Marshall of Dodge, not the actor born in 1964). Neither one was in an episode that gave any indication that he got any.
I just finished watching an episode called "The Romany Knives" with a plot summary that reads, "After Bat rescues an old gypsy from a brutal rancher, the old man offers him many valuable gifts, including a beautiful girl." Bat, of course, turns down the offer and doesn't even kiss the girl after saving her from the clutches of a gypsy man who tries to steal her inheritance.
