This is a what if question I toy with in my mind from time to time about TSS.
What if Eric hadn't strangled Jenni in a murderous fit. What if Jenni ran into the mansion, screaming and hysterical, found Eric, and he was filled with concern and love, and calmed her down, and didn't attack his wife, and listen to Jenni explain about Marion's ghost chasing after her from the gardens... Then... KNOCK!!!! KNOCK!!!! KNOCK!!!! KNOCK!!!!
