My first horror film!

A Thursday night near Halloween about 8 years ago I went out to dinner with my grandmother and cousins. After dinner, we went in a dollar store and my grandmother gave me and my cousins each a dollar to spend. I bought a dollar dvd that was out special for Halloween. It was called "Haunted Nights Double Feature" and had two great old horror movies on it, "The Screaming Skull (1958) and "Tormented (1960)". I was only about ten and had never seen a horror movie before so I watched "The Screaming Skull" late the next night with all the lights off in my room. Needless to say, this little gem scared my pretty good! I loved it! I have been hooked on classic horror movies ever since. I watched it again last night with all the lights off and, it's still pretty scary!

Justin1496,
That's the dark magick of THE SCREAMING SKULL!!!
It look's like you, also, are under the spell of the skull!!
I, like you, viewed TSS, as my first horror film, as a small child.
I was only six years old, when I was introduced to the skull!!!
Marion, still haunts me to this very day!!

It isnt fair, using the living, to bring back the dead!!!-THE SCREAMING SKULL

It was my first horror film, too! Although I saw it on television in the 1970's!! I guess it set my taste for horror. I remember it as being so terrifically scary- I was surprised that it had such a low rating on IMDb. I guess my remember acne of this tasty gem are seen with rose colored glasses!
