Will is in the testing center and has been called to the psychiatrist's office and almost walks into the oculist office by mistake.

Occulist is another term for "eye doctor." The joke is that Will did not see the word "Occulist" on the eye doctor's door.

Well, I doubt Stockdale would have known the difference between an oculist and a psychiatrist. I thought he just picked the wrong room.

Actually, he didn't even look up at the sign on the glass. He just picked the door w/out looking.
