Got a kick out of his constantly adjusting the head piece. My guess is that he couldn't see because the eye slits wouldn't stay lined up. Thrashing about while trying to adjust with his thrashes didn't always work.
Good dialogue. Guess he didn't stay up at night memorizing it.

It's weird to think that inside that costume is the guy who played the hero in Undersea Kingdom, one of the best cliffhanger serials.

Yeah. That was a really fun one. I enjoyed him in that and in this film too. Speaking of monsters and serials, I believe he played one of the monsters in the first Flash Gordon serial as well.
