'The only way you could've bumped your head in here,'

Even as a kid I thought it was weird when the doctor told Lance 'the only way you could've bumped in here would've been to run head on into the wall', because I always figured if he tripped he could've hit it on the floor too. Granted that might take some doing, but I'll bet it's possible.

I thought that as well. And the way he said "Run head on into THIS wall" and then pointed it out as if there was only one wall in the room. It could've been any of the four walls. It didn't have to be one specific wall.

Well I happened to take extra notice (during Dr. Trent's analysis), Lance's facial response to such comment. As in, "Oh really, Dr. Trent? Well you weren't here. How could you possibly know which wall I received my injury? Or are you merely presuming, Doctor?"
