Deserves a DVD Release

Directer Cy Enfield had a very interesting career.

In 1950, he was blacklisted for making SOUND OF FURY (which also deserves a special DVD release), then moved to Britain, where he later directed HELL DRIVERS.

Later in the 60's he did MYSTERIOUS ISLAND, ZULU, ZULU DAWN and SANDS OF THE KALAHARI.

Thanx for the info.

Been wanting to see it for quite sometime.

I'd love to also see SOUND OF FURY (aka TRY AND GET ME - 1950) getting a DVD release. Heard that Martin Scorsese owns a 35mm print of it.

After being Blacklisted, Cy Endield moved to Britain where Stanely Baker helped him in getting his career back on track. Thus, HELL DRIVERS saw the light of night.

And, as we all know, they later did ZULU with an early Michael Caine co-starring.
