An easy way to catch a housefly

I discovered an easy way to catch a housefly alive which would have come in handy for the characters in this film. Windex. It is like a shotgun, just spray in the vicinity of a fly and it will fall. The Windex will not kill the fly, but it will make it unable to fly for a good ten minutes.

Windex has been manufactured since 1933.

I think the wife should have just let the pot of sugar open...then put the lid on quickly!

house flies won't land on sugar. That is a myth. She should have just put some random food out on the table.
