The Christmas Tree
I love this movie, and I have been looking for a Christmas tree just like the one in Gillian's living room. Any ideas where I can find one?

I am making one right now (like, on break from cutting it as I type...). It's pretty easy, half a sheet of mdf plywood, forstner bit to drill the candle holes, some skinny rope.
I was actually looking for a good screen cap of it when I found your post...

I always rent this movie every Christmas just so I can enjoy Gillian's Christmas tree ( and the rest of the movie too). Actually I love all the sets on that movie: Shep's office, Shep's apartment, and Gillian's ultra-moderne grey tea set.

The tree fits the style of Novak's apartment. They probably made it from scratch just for the movie. Even though the tree is not real, the glow of the lights give a warm feeling in the room as they pass ou presents.
I love this movie and watch it, as Christmas nears, ever year.

I've searched for years for a set, but it's extremely rare.
It's funny how fans of BB&C love the same things: Gillian's apartment, her wardrobe, her Xmas tree, and her tea set. :) Every year at Xmas, I think about looking for or making a replica of Gillian's tree. :)
I do, however, have an identical cat. I did not go in search of him; he was a gift. He is the splitting image of Pyewacket too. Now I want to find someone who can paint a replica of Gillian's painting of him. :D
