Just got the whole series for $10 at Walmart this past weekend. Put in the 1st disk and watching episode #1 right now. I can already tell I'm going to enjoy it. Something good to be said for old school TV.

As a fan of the series I'm glad you like it. If you get a chance could you sum up your opinions of the series, and maybe list a favorite episode or two?

Sure. Give am a couple weeks to watch the whole series and I'll swing back by and give my two cents. I will say that I can see why Steve McQueen got noticed and became such a huge star. I mean the show, to me, has some of that canned, campy feeling of shows and movies back then. But McQueen's acting is top-notch and all the actors are really good. I can tell they took it seriously.
I'm curious to see how the show progresses over the 90 something episodes, which would be about 5 seasons of a show nowadays. A lot of shows peak in season 2. So this one should peak around episode 50. We'll see.
I like the opening sequence where he walks up and rips the wanted poster off the wall. :)

Great! Should be interesting.

I think season 1, and especially the early episodes in that season were done pretty cheaply, compared to the later seasons. So the canned, campy feeling may go away at some point, or at least be minimized somewhat.
I only have the 1st two seasons. I can tell you that season 1 is a little more action packed than season 2, while season 2 has a little more character & story development.

Btw, fairly early in season 1 McQueen changes horses. So don't be suprised if you suddenly see him riding a different horse. :)
