DVD Release, please!!!

It's almost June 2012 and after checking amazon.com for 14 years for this TV series to be released on DVD in vain, I really wonder if it ever will get a DVD release???
Every nonsense gets a DVD release if it has been produced over the past 10 years instead of focussing on classic TV series which might soon be in such bad shape that they cannot get released on DVD any longer.

Series like "Sea Hunt", "Yancy Derringer", "Kentucky Jones", "The Detectives" (Robert Taylor), "A Man called Shenandoah", "The Magic Boomerang", "Adventures of the Seaspray" and all those suspenseful mystery movies for kids from Great Britain (CFF) from the forties and fifties are still not available on DVD!!!

Please post-pone DVD releases from all these new TV productions like "The Closer" and "Law and Order" etc and focus FIRST on the release on DVD's from classic TV series and movies, before they are in such bad shape that a DVD release is not possible any longer, THEN release the new stuff. That would make so much more sense.

There is a large generation of European and American Baby Boomers out there who would love to buy these classic TV series and CFF movies! There really is a huge demand for it.

Not 'Sea Hunt' (sorry) but 'Yancy Derringer' will be released in October.

All four seasons are being released in November 2012 and Amazon.com already has them up to pre-order at $11.87 each.

Edit: Now I see the price has gone up since I first posted this. I'm glad I pre-ordered them before the price jumped.

Edit 2 : Now the release date has changed to January 29th according to the Amazon.com pre-order page.

The January 29th release date came and now Amazon.com just says they're "temporarily out of stock". It says the same for the two seasons of Bat Masterson and 3rd season of The Young Riders that I order when I ordered the 4 seasons of Sea Hunt. All were supposed to be released by TGG Direct.

I just got an email from Amazon.com today saying season 3 of The Young Riders and one season of Bat Masterson have shipped.

Perhaps the Sea Hunt DVDs and the rest of Bat Masterson that I ordered will follow quickly. They were all released by TGG Direct with a January 29th release date.

Seasons 2-4 of Sea Hunt arrived today. Amazon.com still hasn't shipped the first season I ordered, but the DVDs are out.

Best of sets from TGG available in low priced single and eight disc sets. Bat Masterson and others too.

I got the full seasons sets of Sea Hunt and Bat Masterson for $11.87 each. That's a pretty low price for full seasons of 32-39 episodes each. No need for best of sets.
