Just saw this episode. I've seen John Anderson for years in all kinds of roles, but I don't believe I've ever enjoyed a performance as I did his as Hassayampa.
He usually plays bad guys or ever-so-serious guys, and you rarely see his comedic side. This was wonderful. It's too bad he wasn't able to do more comedy roles.

I think Anderson was one of those journeymen actors who really could do so many things well. He never quite captured the leading man limelight status of others, but he certainly had the opportunity to be seen by many folks in many roles.
