What about Lawman? It's been 50+ years.

I'd like to see it as it was- the same characters, stories, time frame, and location. It would be truly different to shoot it in black & white, albeit high definition. It would be also like the original with no foul language/sex/nudity so it could be shown at 8 PM.

This will never happen, but it would be a unique show if it did.

We as fans can make some casting suggestions.

Marshal Troop- John Russell was 6'-3" and 37 when the show started. His character was tall, serious, dark hair, and about age 40+. Possibilities:
Jim Caviezel
Timothy Olyphant
Christian Bale
Josh Duhamel

Johnny- Peter Brown was 6' and age 23 when the show started. Possibilities:
Chris Pine (too old)

Lily- Peggy Castle was 5'-8" and age 31. She had a deep voice (would not mind a better singing voice ) Possibilities:
Paige Turco has worked with Jim Caviezel on POI, but she is really too old & too short.
Jenny McCarthy would be another possibility.
Abbie Cornish is about the right age & size. She's Australian, so the accent may be an issue.

Others-
Jake the bartender- Dan Sheridan was unknown height and age 42. Possibilities:
