the man with the weird beard

some of the background music in this gave me a twilight zone vibe, like during the close up shot of the smiling brunette at the game show, the performance of many young actors in movies from about this time makes me wonder if jerry lewis was huge worldwide and everyone using his act. a pattern of these movies are them being conned by slick fellas, one of the funniest parts was when they had just left the previously so polite woman, soon she lets out "such hillbillies...", the line "who's that?" was so much like when stewie griffin found out his babysitter had a boyfriend, as well as the family guy spoof of the 1950's huge cars as featured in this, one thing that hasn't changed at all with the times though and has always surprised is how incredibly daring the women are dressed in both movies from my country as well as foreign, of course as a fella i'm not complaining, it's just very weird considering how uptight many things were back in the day, the picture in this is much clearer than some other flicks in the franchise, though with some brutal heavy cuts, funny how his giant clock has just been moved from one room to another without it being part of the story, either that or he has an identical one, another unexplainable strange moment is as the lead is about to go on stage and gets hit by stage fright, and a girl says "take this pill" and he changes into a kind of superman, what in the world was that about, also this is the most ridiculous fake beards i have ever seen. much of this is outrageous like a cartoon.

some force in eye,
like dinosaur stare down,
i tried to escape in spaceship to the moon,
but your rocket fair sunshine reach through,
hit fuel at moon crashed down on your planet again,
where with charm and tyranny bang my dull head.
