That this movie was so damn short.

I could have easily watched it for another hour. I know noir films generally don't overstay their welcome, but jeepers this just deserved more time.

It's funny though, I tried watching this about 5 months ago and didn't finish it, I until I realized I was stupidly not giving it enough attention. I knew there was something amazing there, and I'm glad I got back to it.

When you really watch it, and don't get distracted, it's like a non stop machine gun of awesome.

I wonder if Sorkin got his inspiration from the expedited dialogue.

For me, the best movies are the ones that have me asking, "Was that it"? If I start looking at my watch, or reading a magazine, the movie's not working for me.

"May I bone your kipper, Mademoiselle?"
