His obsession with her and her odd fearful attitude toward him does smell like incest, but it's so subtle (dialogue-wise), we can't be sure.

I'm still on the fence about that. I think, for him, it's more a matter of power. She's grown up and she's escaping his power. And he's an all-powerful man. How powerful can he really be if he's powerless in his own backyard?

Anyway, even if J.J.'s feelings for his sister weren't supposed to be incestuous, it certainly felt that way to me.
