(No, it's not slang.)

So, when there's a pick-up shot to show Vince gets a good look at the record executive's links early in the movie, am I nuts or does Vince's hand have like a quarter-inch black mole down on the part below where the thumb and first finger meet up?

Googled for "Elvis mole" and stuff but no joy. Just seems funny if Elvis had one and there's no info, or that the hand-actor would have one (visible, anyway).

I know Elvis had a big wart on his wrist in 1956. I have a poster where he's sitting in the backseat of a car with his arms on the seat in front him, and you can see it. The biggest damn wart I've ever seen. Not sure if he still had it in '57.

What I saw was definitely near the web-part of the hand and was "black," and think no wrist visible in shot.

I think anyone who would dye his hair black and evidently shave his chest and legs for 20 years would get a wart removed as soon a money permitted.
