I remember he has his first romantic moment with Peggy and they kiss. It wasn't a one sided kiss either. Then he tells her about plans he has for them to have a night out to celebrate. Then she tells him she has a date with Teddy Talbot. With the way she tells him and the way she acts when she leaves with Teddy, I feel like she was really trying to rub it in. Like she was throwing it in Vince's face.
